In every organization, there’s a natural allure to big ideas. Grand visions, sweeping strategies, ambitious transformations. these ideas capture attention. They inspire. They make for great slides. But in execution-focused environments, especially those operating at scale, it’s often the smallest, most concrete changes that create the biggest impact.
